What is the usual turnaround time for exchange & returns?Updated a year ago

Once the return has been picked up or dropped off, it takes about 5-7 working days for the package to arrive our warehouse. Once the return has been checked in, refund or exchange will be processed on the same day. 

To prevent delay, returns must be shipped back within 3 days since the return label was issued. Do not ship items back through any other means other than the prepaid return label that we provide as package may be returned to you.
