How do I return an item I received as a gift?Updated a year ago

First of all, please find out if your gift was purchased on aimamaus.com, as we only accept exchange and returns from our website. 

If the gift was purchased on aimamaus.com, please contact us via Live Chat or at [email protected] with the order number and email address that used to purchase. 

We will issue a 'Gift Exchange' return authorization and send the gift recipient the pre-paid return label. Once the return has been checked-in by our warehouse, a Promotional Code equal to the amount paid for the merchandise will be emailed to the gift recipient so they may purchase a different item on aimamaus.com.
