How do I get a return shipping label?Updated a year ago

Please contact us via Live Chat or at [email protected] to request an exchange/refund authorisation within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email, you will have the option to book a pick-up or drop the package at any USPS location. 

We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. This excludes final sale items which may not be returned or exchanged.
