How can I track the status of my order?Updated a year ago

If you have an account with us, login to your account using email address and password via “Log in” at the top right corner of Home Page. Under “My Account”, choose the order you want to track. On the order page, you can find the tracking # right above Subtotal. Click the tracking #, then it will bring you to the carrier's tracking page, and you can see all the order updates


Alternatively, go to Live Chat on the top right corner of Home Page, then click ''Track and manage my orders''.

Enter your email and/or order number to check your order status. Choose the ''Track'' option under the order #, then you can see all the order updates.
