How can I modify or cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Please contact us immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected] and specify the changes that you’d like to make. If you contact us within 1-2 hours of placing your order we may be able to stop or modify it. A new order confirmation will be sent after the changes are made. 

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, no changes can be made once the order has been shipped. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure. Final Sale Items may not be returned or exchanged.
